Provides victims and/or witnesses services that include protection; financial assistance (compensation for travel, property return, restitution, and victims' compensation); notification (employer intercession, status of release of defendants of prisoners, notification of prisoner appeals or habeas corpus and change in court dates); victim input (right to remain the courtroom, victim impact statement, victim input); and courtroom assistance.
