Eligibility
WIC eligibility is determined by: Virginia Residents who meet income guidelines and have a nutritional need. WIC serves the following groups: infants, children under 5 years of age, pregnant and postpartum women, and breastfeeding women.

Hampton, VA
Provides nutrition education and free supplemental foods to eligible persons. The foods provided are intended to supplement the existing diet with important nutrients. Food distribution is made through the redemption of checks at participating grocery stores. The nutrition education is accomplished through individual and group counseling sessions.
