Anyone who is a resident of Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown or Poquoson. There are no income restrictions to book a visit. Anyone is eligible to shop for groceries every 30 days.

10am to 5pm from Monday through Thursday, 10am to 2pm on Fridays, and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays

In collaboration with Food Lion, The Market at THRIVE offers a free grocery store with a focus on fresh and healthy foods. Clients can choose 100% of items they take home, allowing them to select items that meet their preferences and dietary restrictions.
THRIVE To Go includes temperature controlled food lockers which allow for flexible pickup times.
Both services can be self-booked on the website.
