Eligibility
Eligibility for Clinical Services is determined by proof of household income and must be determined initially, and then annually, or whenever there is a change in financial status or the approved income scale.
Proof of identification, household income, and health insurance (i.e., private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.,), must be presented at the time of service.

Fees may be charged for services and medications on a sliding scale based on income eligibility. Women 17 years and younger may qualify for free services.

Offers services to women interested in maintaining their reproductive health while using birth control. Provides education related to abstinence, self breast exam, STD prevention, nutrition and birth control methods. Also offers testing and treatment of STD's, follow up of abnormal pap smears (including colposcopy if needed), and Emergency Contraception.
