Mental Health/Substance Abuse Services - Portsmouth, Behavioral Medicine Center, Bon Secours Hampton Roads-Maryview Medical Center

Offers psychiatric care for adults, specialized treatment for alcoholism and drug abuse, and a pain management program. Provides chemical dependency consultation and intervention services such as pre-surgical detoxification; post-surgical medication management; consultation and evaluation; referral services. Also provides an alternative treatment called Turning Point, an intensive outpatient program. Each individual is assessed to determine the appropriate level of care.
