Application process
Must have a referral from the hospital where your child is being treated. Referrals can be made over the phone, via fax or online. Referrals must be submitted by a hospital staff member.

Off street parking is available and program can be accessible for the disabled. The program serves people outside the Greater Richmond Area. Transportation and meals may be provided.
