Eligibility

Eligibility for Clinical Services is determined by proof of household income and must be determined initially, and then annually, or whenever there is a change in financial status or the approved income scale. Proof of identification, household income, and health insurance (i.e., private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.,), must be presented at the time of service.

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Community Health education and information on sexually transmitted diseases and HIV is provided at no cost to individuals, groups, workplaces, churches, schools and health fairs. Free HIV antibody testing and counseling. AIDS Drug Assistance Program available to eligible clients. Free Hepatitis B & Hepatitis C Testing available.
