Application process

In the event of an emergency, call the hotline and a screening will be completed to determine eligibility for emergency shelter. Service providers can call on behalf of an individual; however, Hope House staff must speak to the client directly during the referral process in order to determine eligibility. Specific documents required for identification.

A domestic violence and sexual assault crisis shelter. Available services include: 24-Hour toll free hotline for information referral and intake. An emergency shelter that can house 5 families of 22 people. Food, and clothing for residents and some transportation. Referral services and advocacy for legal assistance, housing, employment services, education, social services, and counseling for shelter residents. Programs for children in residence. Parenting support groups for residents. Individual and group counseling, weekly support group.
