Assisted Living - Woodstock, The Warren

Provides an assisted living home for seniors. Pharmaceutical services are provided. Other services such as physical and speech therapy and laboratory services are available by separate agreement. One affordable monthly fee covers living accommodations, three meals a day, snacks, housekeeping, personal laundry, limited transportation and assistance as needed. Recreational activities are also provided daily. Hairstylist or barber on site. Accepts long term care insurance and private pay. A licensed practical nurse is on site 40 hours a week, CNA's are on site around the clock. Mayfair House also has a special wing dedicated to the needs of those with Alzheimer's/dementia.
