Children and youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, children and youth with complex medical needs, individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and individuals in the juvenile justice system.

Application process

Individuals are referred from state and county agencies. Individuals may have previously lived in state institutions, large group homes, hospitals, their own homes or other foster homes, and long-term care facilities.
