all Burke communities. ECHO boundaries include the entire area covered
by these Springfield ZIP codes: 22151, 22152, 22153, and 22015, and
parts of the following ZIP codes: 22150, and 22312.

ECHO is an ALL Volunteer organization who provides assistance in the form of Food and Financial aid for housing or other vital expenses. ECHO also offers Clothing, Housewares, School suppllies, Computers, Groceries for holiday meals and Holiday gifts for children.
