We serve those in need who live in the greater part of Springfield and all Burke communities. ECHO boundaries include the entire area covered by these Springfield ZIP codes: 22151, 22152, 22153, and 22015, and parts of the following ZIP codes: 22150, and 22312.

9:30am to 12:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays and 9:30am to 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays

ECHO provides limited financial assistance to clients for rent, utilities, late fees, prescription drugs, car repairs, and English classes.

ECHO is an ALL Volunteer organization who provides assistance in the form of Food and Financial aid for housing or other vital expenses. ECHO also offers Clothing, Housewares, School suppllies, Computers, Groceries for holiday meals and Holiday gifts for children.
