Tips, up to $1,000 per reward, are given monthly to people who give anonymous information leading to an arrest of a fugitive or that solves a crime. A fugitive who is a person with an active felony or misdemeanor warrant in the City of Petersburg or Dinwiddie County. Tips can be taken 24 hours via telephone at 804-861-1212, or by texting (message and date rates may apply) using the keyword PDCASH before the tip and sending it to 274637, which spells 'crimes'.
