Services include representing tenants facing eviction and in other landlord/tenant disputes, organizing with tenants experiencing unfair conditions, and advocating for better housing policies across the state. We have a particular focus on supporting tenants in public housing.

Services include assistance with applying for family reunification, permanent residency, citizenship, employment authorization, special visas and more. Bilingual counselors that are accredited by the Department of Justice. While this is a fee based program, CCC offers affordable rates and will waive fees for victims of violence and other at risk populations who do not have the means to pay.
