This program provides services designed to discover and prevent abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older persons. Such services mush be coordinated with the local department of social services and local law enforcement officers.

Elderly and disabled adults who are unable to protect themselves from abuse, neglect, and exploitation are eligible for our services, regardless of income.
