Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a short-term (10-15 days), intensive treatment program for male and female adolescents ages 12 to 18 who are experiencing an acute crisis. The program includes multidisciplinary assessment, treatment, and stabilization with the goals of maintaining safety, crisis management, and symptom relief. PHP is held Monday through Friday for six hours per day. Adolescents attend PHP instead of school as a medical leave of absence. PHP allows the adolescent to remain in his/her home and community while receiving an intensive therapeutic experience primarily through group therapy with peers.

Speech therapy offers evaluation and treatment of varied communication disorders aimed at increasing clients' communication and independence while focusing on individual strengths and interests. These services must include individual and family sessions by a Licensed Mental Health Professional, behavior management, problem-solving, communications, self-help, activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, skills acquisition, and independent living skills for the individual, and parenting skills are often included. Crisis response is an integral part of in-home services. Services may also include assistance in household management, as related to effective services for the individual. All of the services are flexible and tailored to each individual's needs and all must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services have a holistic approach and involve working in collaboration with the community to access and coordinate a full range of supports and services.
