Offers sober living supportive housing. Residents share common areas; a kitchen, living room, bathrooms, garden, and patio spaces. In a recovery residence, accountability and respect are essential to ensure the house remains a collaborative, clean, and safe environment. Social Model of Recovery uses an intensive peer-based support system to encourage active engagement in recovery. Residents self-govern, enforce house rules, and vote on important issues.
Every resident has the responsibility to:
Remain drug and alcohol free at all times.
Follow the rules and guidelines set forth in the resident handbook.
Perform chores as volunteered or assigned by Peer Governance.
Participate in Peer Governance and attend all required meetings.
Follow the Good Neighbor Policies set forth in the handbook (park your car correctly, do not leave trash/cigarette butts in front of the home, no loitering).
Be subject to random alcohol and drug screening, as well as the weekly screening.
Actively participate in recovery by attending AA/NA meetings, therapy, group counseling, or any other treatment which is appropriate for your individual recovery plan.
